About Me
Hi there! I’m Traci.
I’m a high school social studies teacher, a certified yoga instructor, and a proud mom of two incredible middle school-aged kids. For over 30 years, I’ve worked closely with high school freshmen and struggling learners—a role that I love, but one that also led me to experience deep burnout.
Along the way, I also navigated postpartum depression after the birth of my second son, which challenged me in ways I never expected. Those experiences taught me something powerful: when you spend your life caring for others, it’s easy to lose yourself in the process.
I know how hard it can be to prioritize your own well-being when so many people rely on you. And I want you to know that you don’t have to keep running on empty.
I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild your energy, and create a life that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
My turning point came when I began exploring mindfulness and committed to a consistent yoga and breathwork practice. What started as small daily shifts became a complete transformation in how I showed up in my life, my classroom, and within myself.
Through these practices, I rebuilt my energy, strengthened my resilience, and created routines that supported clarity, calm, and a more empowered mindset. I learned how to release limiting beliefs and step into a version of myself that felt more present, grounded, and fulfilled.
That transformation led me to life coaching.
Today, I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and coaching tools to support educators and care professionals who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. My work is about helping you create space, restore your energy, and make intentional choices about how you want to live and work.
I hold training aligned with ICF coaching standards and am currently expanding my work through advanced studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), allowing me to support deeper mindset and behavioral shifts.
